1. Is there anyone present who is currnetly working for or on behalf of
   any government agency?

2. Is there anyone present who is working for or on behalf of any news
   media organization or private security or investigation company?

Government agents, even those working undercover, or private citizens
working in conjunction with government agencies must identify themselves
to citizens if asked.  If one does not identify one's self, no evidence
gathered by the agent may be used against any citizen who has asked the
government agent to identify himself or herself.

The Fifth Amendment protects the right of the people to be secure in their
persons against unreasonable searches and seizures; and any private
meetings we have with our acquaintances shall remain private and not
subject to search or seizure except in cases when a proper search warrant
is issued upon probable cause.
